1. Yankee Pot Roast w/ Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli & Shallots-marinated & slow roasted beef roast, mashed potatoes w/ chives and parmesan cheese, steamed broccoli rabe w/ sautéed shallots

2. Baked Yucatan Style Chicken- chicken breast, garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, allspice, pepper, onion, tomatoes, Swiss chard & cilantro w/ brown rice

3. Chicken & Potato Enchiladas-roasted spicy chicken breasts, shredded potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and green onions mixed w/ garlic, spices and low fat Monterey jack cheese all wrapped in a flour tortilla blanketed in enchilada sauce

4. Hot Hunan Noodle Seafood Salad-shrimp and clams swimming in a spicy sauce combined w/ shredded cabbage, red peppers, fresh ginger, garlic & cucumbers

5. Chicken Cacciatore-Chicken in a spicy Italian red sauce w/ green peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, celery, garlic and onions

6. Mojo-Marinated Pork Tenderloin w/ Cuban Beans-fresh orange & lime juice, olive oil, fresh parsley, oregano, & garlic marinade tenderloin w/ black beans, rice corn and roasted red peppers

7. Jambalaya-andouille sausage, chicken, onions, green pepper, celery, garlic, ham, stewed tomatoes

8. Spicy Salmon w/ Star Anise & Fettuccine-salmon fillets, red onions, fresh ginger, fresh ground star anise, tomatoes, soy sauce & whole wheat flax seed fettuccine

9. Italian Turkey, Bean & Tomato Soup-fresh fennel, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, cannellini beans, turkey breast, crushed red pepper, & fresh basil

 

Here's how it works-I do the shopping, go to your home and cook on your stove, use your kitchen space and my pots & pans.  Package all the meals I prepared, clean up, do my dishes and leave you w/ excellent meals in the refrigerator.  It's real easy, I cook meals to your preference and you eat healthy!
